On the road at 08:00 again. Fine with less cloud. 9C at departure but it warmed up into the mid 20s during the day.
Grabbed second breakfast at Balladonia and drove through to Cocklebiddy for lunch and a fuel stop. Yesterday I was having to pee about every hour and today it was my gut that decided to spend the day gurgling, bubbling and carrying on. I made a couple of stops one to quieten the trouble maker and another for a short revival rest. Arrived in Eucla at around 16:45 for more fuel and a piece of Frittata and a cup of #Trifle for dinner. Then onwards for 12 Km to Border village and my motel room.
Today I saw water in a claypan the I had always seen as dry in nearly 50 years of going back and forth. Also saw a couple of Black Shouldered Kites (but no wedgies), two cyclists and a runner.
I should process photos and the timelapse videos but I am just too bushed by the time I arrive.

We’re back at it! When we left our heroes, Unset Jelly Man and brave Cake Batter Cat, they were unprepared for today’s ordeal, but they are back and ready for action!
The cakes are cut into cubes and there’s some cake, jelly and peaches sitting in the bowl. The cake needs to be moistened a little, not too much, so a slightly drier cake is preferred. For adults, use some port. The port I’m using has a picture of a wombat! Separately I’ll make the kids version, moistened with the leftover peach juice. Build your trifle in layers.
