Sigh, I guess this project is going back on that back burner 😕

It's essentially a no-weld version of the Warrior trike from atomiczombie.com with mostly salvaged parts. Main central beam out of used industrial aluminum extrusion, a NOS Xtracycle prototype fir the rear, seat from a scrapped recumbent, 15mm front hubs from mountainbike take-offs, rims from an old kids bike, rear hub motor and wheel from a 15yo A2B ebike, etc.

Weather and smoke finally cooperated over the weekend and I got out for a ride. LOVE IT.
It surprised me how new the exertion feels compared to riding a regular bike, but it shouldn't be shocking, considering I'm pedaling in front, not below.

Couple of things I bought to make this trike more mine. The pedals are a perfect match. ♥️ My mount for my olight 1500 has sugar skulls on it. I finally put on my #Indiana plates, “I share the road.” #catrike I had to switch phone mounts back to my old one. Ugh. I also bought a bike horn that also has an alarm feature. Any movement sets it off. It’s coming along. Next possible wheel lights for visibility as well as a new flag. #Trike #recumbent
