That’s why I never went cheap when I set up HR for my companies, and just used a service like Trinet. Their UI may leave something to be desired, but they know what they’re doing (registered agents in each state) and, when I worked with them, weren’t trying to screw your employees with payday lending schemes & the like.

It really is amazing how bad #TriNet is. I had *so many* problems with them when I was working for companies that used them. In that spirit, I received this email from them, notifying me about their FSA claims submission deadline for 2022, when I haven't had an FSA account with them since 2020.
