Last night was not only #wine! All dishes below are from #Liguria #Italy. As an appetiser, a trio of #Baciocca (potato pie), #Pasqualina (spinach pie), #Focaccia. Main, of course pasta! #Trofie al #Pesto with #potatoes and #greenbeans. Dessert, not pictured and not from Liguria actually, a nice #CapreseCake, a chocolate cake with almond flour. #foodie #foodporn #italianfood #foodlover

But local specialties are #Focaccia you can get this anywhere in Liguria and should be ok. #FocacciadiRecco, go to Recco for this one, you’ll thank me later. As for mains, #Ravioli al ragù, #trofie al pesto, #pansoti in salsa di noci are our three Ligurian mains. If you have a car, I can give you a few restaurant names. #foodie #italianfood /3
