Current #tropicaldepression 13L (forecasted to become Cat 4 #HurricaneLee) formed in the East Atlantic.
As it drifts west, it had been sucking in a lot of Saharan #dust
Since dust is know to impact ice particle formation in vertically developing clouds, it is relevant to ask what it is the impact of the dust in the storm development.
This is an active area of research.
