Listened to The National's "Trouble Will Find Me" LP last night. Realized that was the first time in a VERY long time I wasn't listening to it at 2 AM, drunk, and sobbing because it reminds me of my daughter.

It still reminds me SO much of my daughter and I'm very sad that she still chooses not to communicate with me. All I can do is make sure she knows I'm here when--if--she's ready.

And it was good to be listening to it sober.
