I wonder if that comma is a typo, and it should be:
"a truing-stand radial arm saw"?

If you take the blade off the saw, and mount a bicycle wheel instead, you could easily move the wheel away from you and towards you, tilt it at various angles, turn it 90° to view it from the side, impress visitors to your workshop, and … (this is the big one), simulate road speeds of approximately 500-600 km/h ! 😱🤯🤪

My bike #truing rig, for #croozer trailer wheels. As there's no through axle to secure the wheel with, rubber bands came to the rescue. This is my 1st (successful) attempt to true a wheel, a task I found quite daunting in the past.
