Everyone is talking about the indictment and the perp walk of Trump but what about the DNA sample?
The E, Jean Carroll rape defamation lawsuit wants Trump's DNA. If there is a subpoena for his DNA and he is getting booked at the jail on other charges, they can just take it from him at the jail.
NYC doesn't require DNA from everyone who gets arrested but while he is in custody getting fingerprinted and mugshots taken, the courts could simply refuse to let him leave the jail without providing a DNA sample.
He is a flight risk so the courts have justification to hold him without bail.
