Instead of working on my #openscad lamp, I soldered a new rx antenna on my sickly #mobula7. I barely even melted part of the battery hoops 😸

Now I just need to get a tune on it that will stop falling over to the left screaming "runaway". I mean, it flies, for like 5s before the safety kicks in. Not as much fun as I was expecting.

I got a ts100 soldering iron for xmas. I gave it a significant workout today and I gotta say I really love it. I was using an entry level weller soldering station for years, which works great, but you turn it on and walk away for 10+ minutes before you can use it. The ts100, although being similarly priced (it doesn't come with a power supply, but I had one that worked) heats up in seconds and has been a joy to use. #ts100 #soldering

#ProTip: Before connecting a power supply to an electric device, check the output voltage. Just because the plug fits the socket, this does not mean that everything is fine.

got my new #ds211 pocket #oscilloscope in the mail today

no idea how exact it is, but don't really care - should be ok for some field-debugging

tiny, bright screen, good controls - only usable for 40V difference though

btw: same chinese brand that builds these great #ts100/#ts80 soldering irons

finally got my #TS100 #soldering iron today

now I'll need to solder an #xt30 to the cable I got earlier, the I can solder in the field fro any #lipo I got. :-)
