Is there any way to get `tsc` to output an `.mjs` file from a input? AFAICT, `.mtsx` is not a thing, and doesn't seem to support "output `*.mjs` by default". Is my only option a follow-up file copy operation?

I wonder if there is some obscure / syntax that can be very helpful while developing applications...

Finding out about <Component {...props}/> while starting React years ago was revolutionary, and just now I was thinking that maybe there is some other boilerplate-reducing syntax I do not know about.
