Played a game of yesterday, 1k PHR vs some shamefully underpainted (except for two cruisers) Scourge. We had been meaning to get this back on the table for a while, as we like the models and the rules for the most part. really fouled up the burnthrough lasers last week, so we had to houserule that. And the PHR broadsides. ... And ground combat (but we always do that).

I swear it's actually fun.

Today I painted the Rashaar from the Carnevale 2 player starter box by @ttcombatuk, a lot of fun was had with these models!

publishers of / released some new units today, among which are the 'Dingo' that shoots concrete to fix buildings. We were laughing about that one when it leaked two years ago, but they went right on ahead with it.

But what I really wanted to call out is the Ali-Express level of writing quality in the descriptions, specifically the Scourge box. I almost wonder if they're deliberately taking the piss at this point.
