I also highly recommend reading #TThomasFortune’s “Black and White: Land, Labor, and Politics in the South” (1884), for another perspective on economic and racial justice from a Black man who was also a follower of #HenryGeorge, writing in the wake of the Civil War and the failures of the Reconstruction era.
