1. Return to a place where you've been in the past — your childhood home, a park you biked through yesterday, wherever.

2. While traveling 'back in time' to the place, approach it from its reverse or opposite direction. Enter through a back door or exit gate, a retro-action.

The object here is to bring into alignment our diverging, narrative memory inputs — the physical & temporal.
