#Chumbawamba’s #Tubthumper [the album with the song #Tubthumping on it] released 25 years ago in 1997, and the interstitial bits -- which are addressing strikes, picket fences, social injustice and similar topics -- between the actual songs are as timely as they where a quarter fucking century ago.

THAT’s bloody depressing.
