This is "Across the Road”, which I got from a 1949 recording of Paddy Cronin. He played it in Am (and that's how I've normally played it on flute) but here I've transposed it to Em because that key fits the C#/D box better.

Sunday afternoon I played a dance at the Goderich Celtic Roots Festival with Josh Kinn of Kinnfolk. Since we met for the first time about five minutes beforehand, there were some hasty negotiations on what tunes we had in common. (“Yes, The Castle is a great jig, but I can't play it!”) We settled on "Willie Coleman’s”, and then the caller decided to repeat the figure, so we played it through 12+ times.
