In the next installment of our series on the #TalkingHeads pub, let's look at the venue in its final days (bar a brief and doomed move to the Hexagon).
This was a busy gig venue and real ale pub, popular with #Southampton's #biker scene. Its gig space saw shows by acts as varied as #Toyah, #Wheatus, #UKSubs, #Anathema, #Turisas, #BigCountry - and a really heaving gig by #Soulfly.
Semi-inhouse catering was provided by #Womble, in the rear car park's "Frying #Druid" #burger van.
