I broke down my turkey yesterday to brine pre sous vide. I used the rest of the turkey to make a stock overnight. After setting aside enough for the gravy and freezing some, I had a bunch left, so I added some egg noodles and salt and made a noodle soup for lunch. Mmmm #TurkeyStock #Soup
