#PIDE — #BARCHETTE di #PIZZA — a pizza boat filled with chopped spinach and garlic, minced shallots, béchamel sauce, pepper, nutmeg, and Locatelli pecorino cheese. An #egg was dropped in the center, and the pizza is baked in a very hot oven.
