The Turku Without Nazis demonstration was qualitatively more or less what I expected, but much smaller than I thought it would be: there were maybe 400 people, max, at the largest point (compare this to the first rally in support of Ukraine, which had 3-4 thousand attendees). We still outnumbered the nazis by a factor of at least 10, if the news can be believed (I wasn't personally able to see their group from where I was), but that ratio could have been much better.
What I with I had seen was more anti-nazi protesters who were openly centrist/capitalist/liberal-but-not-left. Opposing nazis isn't something that leftists and anarchists have a monopoly on — I daresay it's probably a widely held view, once people actually think about it. I'm not expecting everyone to show up to demonstrations — I certainly don't go regularly — but in a world that already has far too many nazis in it, more moderates need to put their money where their mouth is.

Antigoverment protest of the week, Turku Ilman Natseja was today! (Turku without nazis.)
Couldn’t find any news yet so i’ll just share few screenshots from their fb-page. The videos shared there suggest there was at least well over couple of hundred people there. #turkuIlmanNatseja #antiGovernmentProtest #naziJokeGovernment #politics #finland #politicsFI #protest #antifa #antifaProtest

Brb, going to go complain about how there are too many nazis in Turku.
I'll try and post something about it afterwards if I remember.
