i've been thinking more about the sensitive image policy, and i think i will scrap it; it's not worth it.

instead, maybe a regular event, like a day-of-the-week hashtag (or just a whenever thing), where ppl post (hidden) images and captions aimed at demystifying & destigmatizing obscure and often-feared animals. like Tone Killick's #TurnFear2Fascination hashtag?

and recommend people hashtag regular posts the rest of the time, so others can easily filter it out if they don't want to see it?

These three #tarantula species are from the genus #Aphonopelma and are found in various locations in the United States. They are very tolerant to human interaction, bites are extremely rare (consider how ubiquitous they are), and they are harmless.
Aphonopelma eutylenum from #California, Aphonopelma hentzi from #Oklahoma and #Texas and Aphonopelma chalcodes from #NewMexico and #Arizona.
