Trying out Cutefish OS on #Debian on my laptop: installed it on a UsB hdd so i don’t have to kill my openBSD XFCE on the internal SSD‼️Laptop is an #tuxedocomputers Aura15 Gen1 AMD CPU.
Loving it for elegance and ease of install. It is in beta on Debian 12….Managed to install TCCL from Tuxedo repo and it works. Kboard backlight WORKING OK

I've been using a tuxedo Infinitybook 14" for the past 1 1/2 years and it's been by far my favorite device! 💚 ✌️
The team is really fantastic, I only needed a bit of support here and there in the beginning, but it's nice knowing they are there if you need them.
It's a small, personable team who do a tremendous amount for the community.
They sponsor many events and teams, including the one or other yt like Nick from Linux Experiment.

2. Derivatives like #linuxmint , #popos, #tuxedoos will switch to another base

@roblen Wenn dann kaufe dir ein ordentliches Notebook, sonst könnte dir die schlechte verbaute Hardware direkt einen unvorteilhaften Eindruck von der Software vermitteln. 😉

Für die meiner Meinung nach beste Erfahrung mit Linux auf einem Notebook kann ich nur TUXEDO empfehlen: https://www.tuxedocomputers.com/
