I am, if it’s not obvious, firmly on the side of #GunControl. I don’t think anyone (including police offices) should regularly carry them.
I never let my kids play with toy/water/Nerf guns. And I regularly explained why in terms of both #WhitePrivilege and #PoliceViolence.
When I explained why I dislike #FirstPersonShooterGames, I pointed out the realities of war, shootings, and #PTSD.
So… this is my context for approaching #TVGunViolence.
