Since most of us are #newhere, I want to talk a bit about what we are working on.
We recently showed that non-invasive #stimulation of vagal afferents using #tvns increases stomach-brain coupling (led by @revivaciously).

Next, we will test whether this also works in patients with #depression. Our hope is that we can improve somatic symptoms, which are not very responsive to conventional treatments.
