I have news: I am leaving CUNY’s Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at the end of this term. Technically I’m retiring, though if you know me you know I will never retire. I’m looking at some things to do next and I’m open to others. More on that later. Now, I want to recollect — brag — about my time there.

The noodles, sold under the “Nissin Gaming Curry Mesh Energy Ginger Keema Curry” name, will come in two flavors, both of which include caffeine and are made “without soup, so you don’t have to worry about getting your hands or peripherals dirty.”
The first flavor will be garlic and black pepper yakisoba, and will include “mysterious meat,” or pork, shrimp, egg and cabbage.

X this week confirmed it’s lifting its ban on paid political ads — a move it committed to earlier this year, shortly after Elon Musk took over the social network previously known as Twitter. The company had originally banned such ads back in 2019 under then-CEO Jack Dorsey’s management, claiming at the time that “political message reach should be earned, not bought.”

DMCA was signed during the Clinton administration in 1998 and specified that takedown notices be processed “expeditiously,” as written in Section 512 of the act. In the letter sent to the USPTO, dated August 23rd, the NFL, NBA, and UFC urge the government to change the “expeditiously” verbiage to “instantaneously or near-instantaneously.”
