@georgetakei Just saw a while ago a suggestion to use #twimmigrant instead of anything with refugee in it (out of respect for refugees fleeing war and conflict). Isn't that a great word? Rolls off the tongue nicely, I think. 😊

Hello! #introduction #twimmigrant delighted to have found this place to rest my weary utterances. It seems nice, unfamiliar landscape but I like the laws - far less likely to be subject to the whims of wealthy despots and crazo bile-pots. Me? I’m a graphic designer & design historian, lecturer at NCAD, easily distracted by good ideas and bright, shiny things.
