This gluten-free vegan salted caramel cake from Vegan East Bakery in the Nokomis neighborhood of Minneapolis was a big hit at my child's graduation party. I can attest that it was one of the most delicious cakes I've ever had.

Not corn free! I could not find a local baker who could pull off a corn-free cake (vegan or otherwise).

One the courses that my teenager's YDSC (Youth Drone Sports Championships) team races every week. There's a different course each week, each designed to fit in a classroom. There's a mirror in the tall gate and an app that runs on an iPad that records when the drone passes through the gate. It's been a great experience for my kid.

Minneapolis Police Officer Scot Kaiser told Jacqueline Bilek that Black Lives Matter was a terrorist group that “we will wipe off the face of the Earth.” She asked to speak to his supervisor, and he laughed and refused to transfer her. 2.5 years later, Kaiser still works for the MPD with no disciplinary action taken. 13 misconduct complaints have been filed against Kaiser since 2012.
