My favorite dark horse theory for #Twipocalypse is that #SpacePutin is being paid by the #Saudis to kill a platform which is way too democratizing for their preference. $50bn or so is basically pocket change for them.

What SP gets out of it is being able to openly play cruel authoritarian overlord for a few weeks, and to be the main character on the Internet.

@thomasbeagle @che_tibby I'm behind on watching Killjoys and have missed Season 3 which disappeared from TVNZ+ On Demand. Also behind on watching Star Trek spinoffs. Currently watching True Blood spinoff, Midnight Texas on TVNZ+ On Demand as it only has 14 days before it vanishes too. Watching a small town facing a hell rising and apocalypse is sadly reminiscent of what is happening to Twitter right now. Enjoying TV show not #Twipocalypse
