Definite lack of organized vehicular combat. It's just a generic post-apocalyptic with occasional video game references. Only finished episode 3, hope it gets better.

Shows do not have to be perfect to be fun.
It's gory, jokey and gasoline fuelled action.
Especially the score is great!
The scene with My Immortal by Evanescence was so bizarre.

About halfway through #TwistedMetal and dang, y'all, Anthony Mackie is living his best life and chewing scenery with the best of them. And I thought Sweet Tooth getting the Robotman treatment would be weird, but after like 5 minutes he just clicks. 4/5 would absolutelyrecommend.

To prepare for the new show, I played #TwistedMetal 1 and 2 for the first time since I was a kid. It was alright.
First game had the more memorable characters, and second had much better controls and maps. I played as the dude on the cover with the giant wheels - it was a trip. The physics on the car were impressive #PS1 #PlayStation #gaming

Here are some gameplay shots of #TwistedMetal Black on #PS5. I played a couple rounds as Sweet Tooth and Roadkill (John Doe) and got beat by the computer pretty bad. The graphics haven't aged well but the gameplay still holds up.
