Twitter's DMs are failing to send this morning, so I took a video showing how it took up to 20 retries to get a DM to actually send.

I couldn't post the video to our Twitter account because uploads are now failing as well.

So I took a screenshot of the video upload failing, and tried to upload it, and it's failing as well.

I bet every time #ElonMusk announces some unhinged new #Twitter policy like this new decision to ban links to other social media sites, there's a bump in signups, account reactivations and activity in those social media sites.

The choice to ban link aggregators particularly is a hugely damaging blow to creatives on Twitter.
