Unfortunately there seems to be a long waiting list.

You can follow the @CommunityNotes twitter page Mastodon via a few different mirror bots. These are unofficial mirrors, they don't send any comments or likes back to twitter. But a lot of instance admins block these twitter mirror bots because they create too much traffic, or cause confusion by being mistaken for profiles of people who are also here on Mastodon.

Currently it seems inaccurately guessed trivia had broad appeal, but not actuate fact checking!

Even if you don't have the time or the spoons to write anything, you can rate things others have written to help informative notes get displayed to people on #twitter

None of my #CommunityNotes about science or medical misinformation are showing. They all say:

Most annoyingly, I just noticed my ONLY #CommunityNote currently showing on #twitter is one that in retrospect i think might be wrong, and is also very trivial.

It's about tomatoes price marked in £ and the tweet says they're from Spain, i suggested they might be in #Gibraltar 🇬🇮 … but now i think that tweet was probably just a dumb joke.

You have to rate a lot of notes before it lets you write any, but that might be a good thing. Rating is lower effort than writing, so you can do a little bit of it when you're too tired or too distracted to do anything more useful. Even if you only ever have time or energy to rate, that's still useful.
