I just had to change my Twitter password after I got an alert from iCloud Keychain (Apple) that my password was in that recent data leak. Elon PROBABLY had nothing to do with it, but since he fired many of Twitter’s employees that worked on ensuring the site’s security, I don’t think he helped at all. I’m also unhappy that Apple told me about the leak whereas Twitter did not.

According to statista website there are 368 million Twitter users worldwide.

Thus 235 million leaks is roughly 2/3s of all Twitter users data was leaked and posted.

Hard to unworry ourselves saying to ourselves "not likely to be mine" with this kind of stat. It is likely.
