Been a week or more I've been back on Mastodon. And a few days since I stopped using twitter. The noise, agitation and anxiety levels in my head are gradually decreasing.

It's really like Ive been drinking coke for years and stopped and started drinking water instead. The aftereffects still linger but hopefully silence over time.

Social media platforms - at least the giant for profit manipulators - should be labelled with health warnings

@ToveHarris nach ein paar Tagen #Twitterdetox kann ich für mich sagen: das #Twitterversum ist viel zu klein und eng. Ich entdecke ich hier eine neue Vielfalt kluger und interessanter Menschen. Das macht höllisch #Spaß und ist überaus bereichernd.

Zudem ist die Abwesenheit von @Seeloewen, #Taubenschachlern und ählichen #Hetzern schon äusserst befreiend. Dieses gegenseitige #Niederbrüllen vermisst man so gar nicht.
Ich mags hier immer mehr sehr. 🙂
