Nipped back to #Twitterhell to download my archive/delete all my DMs. It wouldn't accept my bona-fide password. Obviously #SpaceKaren shenanigans. Quickly deactivated again - same password accepted without any problems - and, on a quick scan, it's primarily arguments, moans, yoons and poor me. Gah! Well rid of that place. I may have to digitally shower. 😖

Are people actually leaving here to go back to #Twitterhell? I'm confused. Easily done admittedly. Too many mentions of the dark void in fond, not quite sure if I'm deactivating, wistful toots. I thought the whole idea was to get away from #SpaceKaren? 🤔

@BillySangster It was pointless trying to explain the colloquial usage of the word. I'm not going to stop using it. It's a Scottish word. Many, many uses. In fact one of my favourite #Twitterhell fam is @ThatWeeYin and that kind of says it all. 🙂

The person I was replying to used the actual swear word and they didn't get banned. Then I got a shadowban. Google that if you don't know. You basically cease to exist in #Twitterhell. Anyhoo it's much nicer here. I'm #Deactivated over there now. 🙂

@ZimboZardoz I just don't see the point myself. I came here to get away from #Twitterhell not stay chained to it for fear of missing something. They'll learn. Hopefully. Or they may jump ship to this Hive malarkey. Another #Twatter in the making by all accounts. They're denying they use censorship/bans/manipulation just like #Twatter but evidence is already being uncovered that they do. I'm just bedding down here. It's fine and the people seem lovely.

@TheMorrigan Totally agree. I was subjected to completely irrational algorithm-based bans more than once when predators were allowed to post obscene content without any action being taken. The double standards should have alerted me sooner. I stupidly didn't delete my DM's or data when I left but they can get on with it. I'm pretty clued up security wise so #Twitterhell can burn frankly.
