@grrlscientist I am constantly surprised that the inherent assumption in reasoned articles such as this is that E is trying to “fix” the XParrot - users, profits and what not. There is absolutely no reason to assume this motivating goal. The most unintentional side effect of Elon Musk's 24/7 live & in full Technicolor blazing dumpster fire at Twitter is that he has almost single-handedly rehabilitated Jeff Bezos's public image by comparison.

Don't get me wrong, Bezos is still a horrible person for a multitude of well-documented reasons, but compared to Musk? He looks like the exemplar of prudent & steady business leadership.
