Walking to the house from the driveway, I remembered the article this week about Texas prisons. Half have no air-conditioning and the temp commonly rises to 110º.

Inmates overrun their toilet/sinks onto cell floors and lie in the water to cool off. Showers run warm. Heat kills some number every year. #Texas #TxLeg said "no" to A/C this year.
