So I grabbed a #flatbed load from our yard in #kentucky yesterday headed out to #idaho. I've been sick for a few days now but have been on #antibiotics, and taking a combination of 800mg #ibuprofen and 500mg #tylonol to manage it. Well this morning I ran out of the ibuprofen and tylonol only to find thst without them my throat almost swelled shut on me. So I tracked down a little #hospital in #nebraska only to find they don't know what's going on. So I got IV #steroids to get it under control.

Not sure how narrow this reach is but it's worth a shot: if anyone is in #Ontario, #Canada and needs infant (0 - 24 months) #Tylonol, my local Walmart had some behind the pharmacy counter. They're only giving them away 1 per customer, but you have to specifically ask for it ❤️
