For at least a glimpse of that you only get NHK and maybe some local channels in areas affected, plus WNI online.

Weathernews usually changes streams on YouTube twice a day in order to have its broadcasts archived (YT can only save 11 hours and 55 minutes of live video for some reason). Except... these switches used not to happen during M3 (red mode).
