My mother used to make "Mast-o-Khiar" with garlic and herbs.

It wasn't until I left Iran that I realized that people know it as Tzatziki!

Today, I picked up a cucumber (#Armenian #cucumber, kind of similar to Khiar Chanbar), the last one from my little #BalconyGarden, picked up a garlic from another pot and used some #Greek #Yogurt to make some #Tzatziki, will be adding dill to it later, but for now I will keep it in the fridge to chill before eating it with fresh baguette.

Climate Justice recipe 1

Save-the-cow Tzatziki :blobcatknife:

1 cup Coconut yoghurt
1/2 clove of garlic (1/4 teaspoon garlic paste works)
1/4 of an onion minced
1/2 cucumber diced
1/8 cup of olive oil
Coriander (As much as you want)
1/2 lime (juice)
1/2 green chilli minced (Completely optional)
Salt and pepper
