Mastodon isn't letting me add more than one photo right now but behold this beautiful turd emoji looking thing I made this afternoon, my first ever seitan based foodthing. It's supposed to be "fake chicken", doesn't taste like chicken which suits me fine as I'm not super into fake meat, but it's delicious with a nice chewy texture. I fried up some chunks with broccoli and almonds for supper and hell yeah it's a winner. #cooking #PlantBasedProtein #UglyFood
