Dealing with #UKbanks has gone from easy and human to an absolute horror show during my lifetime.

I don't know where to start with my recent experiences.

I planned to do a few things today but then got a text from my bank. Another of many screw ups caused during a bank switch (last Nov) needed fixing. After an hour on the phone, at least half of which was going through security and waiting on hold I'm angry, frustrated and need a break.

All to get a payment made and a broken D/D fixed.

Cannot believe how useless #BarclaysUK are. There's no way they can say they're a global institution. Firstly, they cannot contact me in Uganda after I tried to contact them repeatedly to no avail. Why? Secondly, they then make a massive error and send my new PIN to the wrong address and now can't send me out another one here. So can't get a new bank card. And it comes after A YEAR of problems with them trying to access my money in UK and after I even struggled to open up an account in the first place.
