Apparently the answer to being warm in this weather is to walk the dog.
Just had to take my coat off and tie it round my waist to get to a comfortable temperature - T-shirt, hoodie, hat, and fingerless gloves was marginally too much, but I’m pretty sure removing any one of those would have tipped it too far the other way.
Regardless, the house now feels like a toaster afterwards 🤣
