There were things I found useful to be able to do quickly/easily on Twitter such as warning fellow #UKCyclingToots or #UKCyclingTweeps in #Edinburgh (and the council) about glass on #CyclePaths, and for a couple of years that was mostly what I used it for. However, I don't know how often these were read; it's just as easy to spend a few minutes sweeping the glass off the path, then using FixMyStreet or council's own reporting form.

There's a real danger Police Scotland are going to back out of their commitment to introduce a cam reporting portal.
