Nothing is new. I picked up the Coriolis #TTRPG at #UKGE over the weekend. I've been skimming the ship rules.

While the scales are different, the mechanics in my own game, #Perihelion, for movement, long range ship-to-ship weapons, and even the action order of ship crew, are very similar.

Mine are much more hard sci-fi, but yeah, great minds and all that. Nothing is new. Sigh. 😁

Tomorrow, I’m heading up to the UK Games Expo. It’s a massive convention for board, tabletop and war gaming, but also has some trading card goodness as well.

I’m mainly going to learn more about Shatterpoint, the new Star Wars skirmish game set in the Clone Wars era. Might get some other merch too and maybe a few models.
