Almost no-one, including me knows how it all works, but I at least have some idea of the underlying features of recent politics, the oligarchs secret takeover of the political parties of both supposed 'hues', 'sides'.

There is a fundamental fact, that any sovereign government that issues their own fiat currency, such as the UK, can purchase anything that is for sale in its currency, including the ability to employ anyone, to operate any essential services, for the sake of the service, not any monetary return.

Why would the government seek revenue in its currency when they & they alone unconstrainedly create the currency.

So yes, the Royal Mail & all such entities that the Neoliberals are attempting to destroy should be nationalised.

Problem is the UK has not elected anyone with the wish, will & power to do it.

Assuming that Neoliberalism, the assumed right of rich people to get richer at the expense of less rich people, is an evil scheme started by overt fascists & promoted by oligarchs & all those who suck up to them, then we need to look for people who are not Neoliberal to represent us.

You may disagree with any part of that, what it is or that it is evil, but that is my position in this thought process.

At the moment we in Australia (& you almost everywhere else) are failing almost totally. Our Australian parliament is at least 90% Neoliberal & the Greens, the other 10% still see the world Neoliberally (as in, "we have to fund our budget from our tax", 2 delusional myths there).

That makes, at least Australia, entirely rooted, the USA meanwhile is barking mad & the UK is a pathetic nonsense.

This does not augur well children.
