During the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Vienna, Latvian MP Rihards Kols told the delegation of the Russian Federation to follow the Russian warship.

When the representative of the Russian Federation was speaking, other participants began to leave the room.

Ukraine refused to attend the session of the Parliamentary Assembly because of the Russian delegation's presence.

There are no subtitles, so here is the text of Kols' speech: We talk right now that we stand up to our principles and values and statutes. We don't! I mean, there's an elephant in this room which is called by name Russian Federation delegation. I mean, if I were a witness and somebody asked me, "Who is the war criminal?" Well, I will point to the back benches in this room. It's just a disgrace that this delegation is here, particularly the delegation that consists of members who are sanctioned individuals who voted to annex independent country's territories: Donbas, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia oblasts, Luhansk. Those are the principles this institution was vouched to protect and guard and we are sitting like nothing happened. You know, I will use this momentum (and apologies Mr Chair) I will convey a message to the Russian Federation delegation sitting in this room and I will quote the Ukrainian border guards, "Русский военный корабль, иди нахуй" (translation Russian warship, go fuck yourself)

Followed by some mumbled Russian while delegates walk out.

Vladimir Rogov, Chairman of the "we are together with Russia" movement, a collaborationist group in Zaporizhzhia, has reported a missile strike on the Russian military commandant's office in the temporarily occupied Vasilyevka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Russian sources say there have been at least four strikes on or near the building, where residents were queuing for vehicle passes. There are dead (Signal reports 2) and wounded.

"We are together with Russia" organised the fake referendum in the area in September and control the Russian-led government there. It has links to Putin's All Russia People's Party. Vladimir Rogov is under sanctions by the EU, USA, UK, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Ukraine, Canada and Japan.

The information centre of the Investigative Committee of Russia has confirmed the death of the deputy head of the control and investigative department of the military investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Joint Group of Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Yevgeny Aleksandrovich Rybakov.

Yevgeny Rybakov was killed today on 30th December 2022 as a result of an artillery strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, has expressed condolences to the relatives of the deceased and instructed them to provide full support to his family.

Rybakov had been in Donbas since the beginning of the war "investigating war crimes" of the defending Ukrainian forces and ignoring the ones on his own side. Apparently this made him a patriot.

The Mayor of Melitopol Fedorov reported that a Renault Duster car was blown up in the centre of the temporarily occupied city near Gorky Park, which was seized from an officer of one of the communities. The car was driven by a collaborator who cooperated with the enemy police.

Fedorov also said that he already knows the name of the collaborator, but is not sharing this information.

"He was in charge of one of the divisions of the district police station, which was organized by the occupiers on the territory of temporarily captured Melitopol and the district."
