Pleased that our local #UCU branch at the #OpenUniversity passed a motion today supporting #Ukraine, not just following #UCUcongress's #Motion6 but adding Ukraine's [obvious] right to self-defence and donating to #UkraineSolidarityCampaign. The discussion was collegial but I was very saddened to see a small number of frankly deluded, unpersuadable colleagues insisting it's a #NATO war & regurgitating #Russia's talking points. My first encounter with #tankies :( #SlavaUkraini
