150 km from the capital is the city of Boguslav.
There is a company called "Bohuslavsky Zavod Prodtovariv".
It produces marshmallows, #cookies, and #gingerbread.
Super very tasty.
Ingredients: applesauce, sugar, eggs, pieces of strawberries, natural dye.

A Ukrainian friend shared a recipe for borshch recipe with me some time back. At the time I had yellow and white beets at hand so I used those. When I shared a photo of the finished dish with her, her response was “You made something alright, but not borshch!”
