The #Ukrainian parliament on Feb. 6 stripped #IhorAbramovych, a lawmaker from the banned pro-Kremlin Opposition Platform-For Life party, of his mandate.

Abramovych lived in #France's Cote d'Azur in 2022, according to an investigation by online newspaper #Ukrainska_Pravda.

️⚡️#Russia confiscates over 500 #Ukrainian-owned assets in occupied #Crimea.

In a so-called "nationalization" move, Russia will seize banks, tourist and sporting infrastructure as well as private property, according to a Feb. 3 Telegram post by proxy leader #VladimirKonstantinov.

According to #Ukrainska_Pravda, seized assets include the real estate of five #Ukrainian banks, a training ground of football club #Dinamo #Kyiv, and several resorts belonging to #oligarch #RinatAkhmetov.

⚡️ #Ukrainska_Pravda: Court arrests ex-deputy defense minister, sets bail at $10.96 million.

A court arrested Former Deputy Defense Minister #VyacheslavShapovalov for 60 days, and set bail at Hr 402.6 million ($10.96 million), Ukrainska Pravda, a Ukrainian news outlet, reported citing an unnamed source.

Ukraine’s State Bureau of Investigation (#DBR) suspects Shapovalov of lobbying for contracts for food for the military at inflated prices.
