Not sure but I suspect that the fact there is only #uktory council left in the entire area of the former #LCC area may have something to do with it - and of course the #mayorofLondon has been #Labour since 2016 - which must help.

@djr @helenczerski if it was only down to having a #uklabour council, why is Edinburgh still so lacking in active travel infrastructure. Is is all the fault of their #uktory council partners? Or something else?
