The fact that people on both the left and the right can express such vitriol suggests that The BBC actually have it about right...

After all, if everybody accuses them of taking funding from "the other side" to push the agenda they don't like...maybe it's just nicely balanced.

I'd be more concerned if the argument was solely in one direction the entire time.

Flies in the face of any kind of functional psychology: #politics and #biases are essential social survival tools. Anyone that rejects them entirely is unequipped to cope, so they just throw up blinders in the guise of such comforting words instead.

But that's just my very politically biased opinion 😉
